Help and Support

Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers about BeatYourBest, early access, profiles, and run tracking.

When will BeatYourBest be available?

BeatYourBest is launching soon on iPhone and Android. The download links will be added when the app is live. You can also request to be notified when the app launches by joining the Notify Me list.

Can I track more than one runner?

Yes. BeatYourBest is designed for individual runners, parents, and families who want separate progress tracking for multiple runners.

Is progress public or shared with other users?

No. BeatYourBest is built to support young runners without public profiles, followers, or social media pressure.

Can I track sprint and distance events?

Yes. The app supports sprint times, longer distances, PB history, pace tracking, and simple progress summaries.

Why should I enter official race or chip times instead of smartwatch times?

BeatYourBest is designed to help runners track their true personal bests using official results. Smartwatch and GPS uploads can vary depending on route accuracy, auto-pause settings, signal issues, or extra distance recorded during a race. Official chip times and timed event results are generally the most reliable way to measure progress and compare performances over time.

BeatYourBest gives you a dedicated place to manually record official race times, school athletics results, track meets, parkruns, and other timed events — separate from automated smartwatch uploads or social feeds.
